Terzerie is a farmhouse dating back to 1927, restyled into a villa with swimming pool and surrounded by the farmland of Val di Donna, in the quiet countryside of Maremma Toscana, property of the Guicciardini Corsi Salviati family from the 18th century.
The farmhouse has been restored according to the most contemporary ecological standards and still retains the charm of the traditional Tuscan villa style, offering a view that captures the full beauty of nature and the pleasures of an intimate stay.
Wood burning fireplaces, terracotta floors, vaulted and wooden beams ceilings characterize the refined interiors of the house. The wide rooms, carefully and classy tended, are a hymn to simplicity, expressed with elegance in the internal and external furnishings of the villa.
Its five bedrooms with private en-suite bathroom make the country house the perfect place to spend a stay in company of family or friends in an exclusive Tuscan location, with harmony and discretion.
The exterior of the villa is entirely private and surrounded by the countryside stretching into the distance, as far as the eye can see.

A dip into the peace of nature...
Surrounded by a wooden fence, flowering hedges and a 9000 sqm garden, the pool area is well-equipped with sun loungers, furnished gazebos, a hot shower and a dressing room.
Enjoy the scents and colours of the Mediterranean garden punctuated with areas for peaceful relaxation.. the shade of a pergola or under the sun, from one dip in the pool to the next.
Watch the sun set over a golden sea of wheat or sunflowers right in front of you, whilst delighting in all the sounds and scents of Tuscan nature.
THE FARMLAND
The organic farm and its land
The Casa Terzerie country house complex stands within the Val di Donna organic farm. The farm is located in the "Tenuta Versegge", a large holding that is made up of cultivated land and a Mediterranean wood of 790 acres, owned by the Guicciardini Corsi Salviati family since the 1800's. The property is surrounded by fields of sunflowers and other crops, while an enchanting wood of cork oaks define the background. Guests can explore it all on tracks by foot, bicycle or horseback.
The estate is located between the Tuscan inland with its historic villages renowned all over the world for their culinary traditions, and the coast and beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Punt'Ala.
The roads leading to this exclusive destination are dotted with scenes from a postcard.. olive groves and vineyards whose produce is on offer at the local restaurant and groceries.
